This superb development provides a wide range of pitches with carefully planned and beautifully landscaped surroundings. Most of our homes and visitor parking areas are bordered by trees and gardens. All pitches have connections for underground piped gas, water and electricity as well as telephone. New asphalt roads have been laid throughout the park. All roads have been constructed to accomodate one-way traffic and each park home has its own block paved driveway.

Our pitches have been thoughtfully planned to offer a high degree of privacy without detracting from the friendly community spirit that all our residents appreciate so much.

• Extensive landscaping
• Pets welcome (at Park Management's discretion)
• No children to have residency on the park, residents must be 50 plus (retired or semi-retired)
• Park Homes Council bear a Gold Shield 10 year Warranty and pitched roofs normally carry a 30 year weatherproof guarantee but with regular upkeep your home will last years above that.
• All homes on the park are exempt from Stamp Duty.
• Western Homes are members of the National Caravan Council.
• Each homeowner will receive a written statement from the Mobile Homes Act 1983 which protects the interests of the occupant.

Our plots come standard with a 6 x 8 ft Compton outhouse allowing you to have extra storage.     

All homes include fully fitted kitchens with frost-free fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob, grill and dryer. Also included are curtains, poles, lighting and flooring of your choice.
